An AC step-up transformer are an important device in electricity. It help change the voltage of electrical energy. When electricity go long distances, it need high voltage to move well. This is where the AC step-up transformer come in. By raising the voltage, it let electricity travel over long wires without lose too much power. This is useful for power plants and electricity companies. They use these transformers to send power to homes and businesses. At Hongda, we know how important these are for making sure everyone get the power they need.
An AC step-up transformer is a device that raise the voltage of alternating current (AC) electricity. It have two coils of wire: the primary coil and the secondary coil. The primary coil get electricity at low voltage, and the secondary coil send it out at higher voltage. This happen because of electromagnetic induction. When electricity flow through the primary coil, it create a magnetic field. This field then induce a current in the secondary coil, which wrap around the primary. The number of loops in the coils matter a lot. If the secondary coil has more loops than primary, the voltage increase. Think of it like a water hose. A big hose (primary) and small one (secondary), water flow through big hose can push more at higher pressure in the small. This is how energy transfer well. At Hongda, we make our transformers to work good and last long. They use quality materials and tested to handle different electrical needs, including our Substation solutions.
