The third highlight is low partial discharge and long service life. Partial discharge is an important factor affecting the service life and safety performance of dry-type transformers. This new product uses high-quality epoxy resin and glass fiber as solid insulation materials, which have high electrical strength, and the partial discharge can be controlled within ≤5pC, which is far lower than the international standard. Low partial discharge ensures that the transformer will not have any cracks on the coil surface and no insulation level drop during the whole service life. At the same time, the winding of the product is treated by vacuum casting of epoxy resin mixed with silicon powder or glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin, which has good resin permeability and no bubbles, ensuring the insulation performance and mechanical strength of the winding. Under normal use conditions, the service life of this new product can reach 30 years, which is 5-10 years longer than that of traditional dry-type transformers, greatly improving the investment return rate of customers.

The fourth highlight is strong flame retardancy and safety. This new product has excellent flame retardant performance, and its combustion grade reaches F1. The iron core is covered with insulating paint, and the coil is encapsulated by epoxy resin, which can operate in humid environment and has strong corrosion resistance. Even in the case of high temperature and open fire combustion, the transformer produces almost no smoke, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
