With the rapid development of the global new energy industry, small-scale overseas photovoltaic power stations (with a capacity of 500KW-1MW) are widely used in rural areas, small factories, and remote mountainous areas. Their core demand is to convert the direct current (DC) generated by photovoltaic panels into alternating current (AC), then step up the voltage through transformers and integrate it into the local power grid to realize power transmission and utilization. They also require strong weather resistance, adaptability to complex outdoor environments, and advantages of high-efficiency conversion and low loss. The Solar Power Transformers provided by our company for an overseas small-scale photovoltaic power station accurately match its new energy power generation needs.

This batch of solar power transformers is specially customized for photovoltaic power generation scenarios, adopting a high-efficiency and energy-saving structural design that can quickly realize AC-DC conversion and voltage boosting, with a conversion efficiency of more than 99%, minimizing power loss and improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic power station. In view of the complex outdoor environment of photovoltaic power stations, such as high temperature, heavy rain, and sandstorms, the transformer shells are made of high-strength anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dust-proof materials, with a protection level of IP65, which can adapt to extreme temperatures of -40℃~85℃ without the need for additional protective sheds, reducing installation and maintenance costs.

During use, this batch of solar power transformers can stably receive the direct current generated by the photovoltaic panels, convert it into alternating current that meets grid standards, then step up the voltage to the specified level and integrate it into the local power grid, realizing stable transmission and efficient utilization of electricity. At the same time, the transformers are equipped with an intelligent monitoring interface that can be linked with the monitoring system of the photovoltaic power station to monitor the operating temperature, voltage, current, and other parameters of the transformers in real time, facilitating staff to conduct remote troubleshooting and issue fault warnings promptly, further improving the operation and maintenance efficiency and safety of the photovoltaic power station. Up to now, the transformers have been operating stably for 10 months with stable conversion efficiency and no failure records, effectively helping the photovoltaic power station reduce power loss and improve power supply stability, and have been highly recognized by the customer.
