An overseas medium-sized residential community covers 20 residential buildings, 3 supporting stores, and 1 community service center, with a total of more than 800 households. The daily power demand is concentrated, and there are high requirements for power supply safety, stability, and energy saving. The original power distribution equipment of the community is aging, and problems such as voltage instability and tripping occur frequently, affecting the normal life of residents and resulting in relatively large power loss. For this reason, the customer chose our Distribution Transformers to upgrade and renovate the community's power distribution system.
Combining the characteristics of scattered power consumption and large load fluctuation in residential communities (peak hours are concentrated in the morning and evening, while power demand is low during off-peak hours), we customized distribution transformers with appropriate capacity for the customer. The transformers adopt an energy-saving iron core design, and both no-load loss and load loss are lower than industry standards, which can effectively reduce the overall power loss of the community and help the property save electricity expenses. In addition, the transformers are equipped with complete overload and short-circuit protection devices, which can effectively prevent safety hazards caused by circuit faults and protect the electricity safety of residents.
Up to now, the distribution transformers in this community have been operating stably for 12 months, with a power supply reliability of 99.9%. The power loss has been reduced by 20% compared with that before the renovation, which not only improves the living experience of residents but also reduces the operation cost of the property, winning double praise from the property and residents.
